Welcome to LEG – the London Explorers Group

LEG is the place for people who love exploring London,
learning about its history and heritage and finding out
about what's going on in the capital today in terms of development, regeneration and infrastructure renewal.

LEG organises a regular monthly walk exploring a different
part of the city. The walk is repeated a number of times – usually five (two or three times during the week and twice at weekends) – to give walkers maximum choice.

These walks are ‘just turn up’ and do not require booking.

LEG also organises specialist walks looking in more detail
at different aspects of London, from modern architecture
to historic gardens.

These walks usually require booking.

Because of increasing group sizes on ‘just turn up’ walks, the mailing list is currently closed to new members. However, you are welcome to join the waiting list. And don’t forget that whether you are on the mailing/waiting list or not, you are welcome to book any bookable events.
